Join us for Halloween Fun with Costumes!

Add a little flair to your ride! Costumes are welcome and encouraged at our October show—because dressage can be elegant and fun.
Costume Rules & Safety Guidelines:
-
Costumes may be worn for any class — yes, even your test!
-
Riders must wear a regulation helmet and footwear at all times while mounted. Safety first!
-
Horse costumes are allowed, provided they:
-
Do not obstruct the judge's view of the horse’s movement.
-
Are safe and secure, causing no restriction or discomfort to the horse.
-
Are not so flamboyant or noisy that they may spook other horses.
-
Bonus Fun!
Keep your creativity flowing—secret costume judges will be circulating throughout the day, awarding fun prizes in a variety of surprise categories. You never know who's watching, so go all out (safely)!
We can't wait to see your creative spirit in and out of the ring!
New This Year: Prix Caprilli Tests!
We’re excited to announce the addition of Prix Caprilli tests to our schooling show!
For those new to it, Prix Caprilli is a unique combination of dressage and jumping—riders perform a dressage test that includes a few simple jumps. It’s a fantastic way to introduce your horse to jumping in a structured environment, or to show off your versatility as a rider!

What to Expect:'
-
Tests include basic flatwork movements with 2 small jumps, choice of 18" or 24".
-
Judging focuses on rhythm, balance, and harmony—not jumping style or height.
-
All levels welcome, especially green horses or riders new to jumping.
Whether you're easing into jumping or just want to try something new, Prix Caprilli is a fun and supportive option to expand your show experience.
